Using object recognition to begin the experience, AFTER-MOUSE.COM developed a seamless application for FNAIM to rent and sell properties. Deployed using Microsoft® Pixelsense™ 1.0 tables, the application features an intricate search engine, where users input their criteria and start the search. From there, all available properties matching their needs will present the unit description, building and neighborhood photos and features, even geolocation!
Brochures are integrated as well with photos, reports, real estate guides and videos, to inform customers as well as draw them into the experience. Searches and results can be saved in a virtual shopping basket and sent to the client via email or USB. The application is also updated in real time when a property has rented or is under contract, so that in the fast paced world of real estate, redundancies are eliminated.
The FNAIM project was voted the #1 multi-touch application for real estate by the French National Association of Real Estate Professionals.
